That led me to research Leptin a little bit. What I learned was that usually, when you’re on a diet, the levels of Leptin in your body begin to taper off and your diet stops being as effective… therefore your weight loss slows to a crawl.
That’s why those extra pounds in the last mile are always so hard to take off. Not so with the African Mango diet. When I read in a few African Mango Plus reviews that it was going to help me increase these levels of Leptin so that I could maintain an increased metabolic rate and therefore keep losing weight, I understood why so many people were seeing success with this diet.
